Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer 7-Day Return & Exchange for the following reasons:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect / stitching issue
  • Wrong size delivered (different from order)
  • Damaged product during delivery (with proof)

We do not resell returned items — quality and hygiene matter to us and our customers.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Products used or washed
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Change of mind / dislike of color or texture
  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Sale / discounted / clearance items
  • Custom size orders

Mattress & sofa protectors are hygiene-sensitive products — cannot be returned if opened or used.


If Product Has a Fault

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share Order ID + photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our team will verify and arrange:
  • Replacement
    or
  • Store credit (if replacement unavailable)

We do not offer cash refunds unless product is unavailable for replacement.


How to Request a Return

  3. Our team will guide you through the process

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about your refund status.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or design, please let us know when requesting your return. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was faulty or incorrect.
  • In case of our error, we will cover the return shipping charges.

Processing Time

  • Inspection & approval: 2-3 business days
  • Replacement dispatch: 3-5 business days
  • Store credit (if offered): Issued instantly after approval

Important Notes

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings — not considered defect
  • Measuring sofa/mattress size correctly is customer’s responsibility
  • Exchange allowed one time per order (for eligible cases)
